Western Australia offers incredible elopement locations! Popular choices include Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach, the Swan Valley vineyards, Rottnest Island, and the stunning South West regions like Margaret River. For all inclusive elopement packages, the Old Courthouse in Fremantle also offers this service. We're happy to help you scout the perfect location that matches your vision and style.
While we can be legal witnesses, we prefer to connect you with professional witnesses or help coordinate with friends/family members who might join you for this special role. We're experienced in small, intimate ceremonies and can guide you through the process.
Absolutely! We work with several wonderful celebrants who specialize in intimate ceremonies. They understand the unique nature of elopements and can help create a meaningful ceremony that's perfectly tailored to you as a couple. We currently work closely with Aisha Puchert from Lovefest by Aisha which is also a partner at the Old Courthouse - Fremantle.
Ideally, when shooting in an outdoor location - Golden hour! This provides the most romantic lighting for photography. Although this is true, we realize that you can't always choose times (depending on the venue or location) so it's best to keep in communication with us as soon as you know so we can suggest timing and locations.
Elopements can be more spontaneous than traditional weddings, but we recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice for truly spontaneous couples!
We're experienced in all weather conditions and always have backup plans. Sometimes the most dramatic and romantic photos happen in unexpected weather! We'll work with you to have alternative covered locations or embrace the elements for a unique story.
